3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information and clear communication.
- Approve design plans in writing before work begins.
- Ensure timely access to the project site, where applicable.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Initial deposit required before work or design starts.
- Remaining balance due as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Late payments may incur applicable service charges.
5. Changes & Cancellations
- Design modifications after approval may be subject to additional charges.
- Cancellation fees apply if you cancel after work or procurement has started.
6. Intellectual Property
- All design concepts, plans, and outputs remain the property of Bryte Spaces until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, you are granted usage rights for the delivered designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We strive for excellence; however, Bryte Spaces is not liable for:
- Delays beyond our control (e.g. vendor delays).
- Consequential or indirect losses.
- Our cumulative liability is limited to the total amount paid under the respective contract.
8. Privacy Integration
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
